Who do you think is the best player of the three right now? Which of them will you prefer to see in your team's uniform?

Does a winning team even want RJ?

Offense: Avdija, Barrett, Wiggins (all relatively close, all can score though with only average or so efficiency, Avdija has a height and versatility advantage, Barrett has a bit of a playmaking advantage in the offenses they are playing in)
Defense: Wiggins, Avdija, Barrett (all take pride in defense, Barrett probably the least consistently focused on that end, Avdija's height and versatility again, both the others have quicker lateral movement)

Overall Avdija, Barrett, Wiggins (Wiggins considerably older).

Then we add in contracts, all under contract for the next 3-4 years, and Avdija is paid less than half the others with a descending contract ending at around 12 million with both the others in the 25-30 million area and Avdija just blows the others away in terms of value.

Probably, as long as they don't intend to have him being a focal on-ball guy. He's been reasonably efficient when playing alongside Scottie (in contrast to his seasonal TS%), has developed his passing and is looking much better on D. He also exerts a ton of rim pressure. His big issue right now seems to be his FT%, as he's otherwise capable around the key and from the right corner.

Avdija is the clear pick IMO but I don't know how anyone could have voted for Wiggins. Have they not seen him play for two years? Wigs is simply awful right now and has been bad for quite awhile. RJ may be the epitome of mediocre but he is not the huge net negative that Wiggins has been on the floor.

Wiggins has been pretty brutal, for sure.

RJ hasn't been a stunner, but he's been good in his minutes with Scottie, so that's at least something. He's got some tools we can leverage, though he requires a fairly specific setup and structure to be useful. I dunno much about Avdija, but aside from the turnovers, his offense certainly looks good this season, and last year too.
