Well I think the obvious follow-up move is a trade of Vlade for a starting PF, rather than go with an awkward fit.

As good as the Webber/Vlade fit was, I think Jokic with any credible PF you get for Vlade is going to be a clear win.

There are some defensive concern against Shaq/Duncan - the guy's you'd have beat in those years. Jokic is very strong so Shaq couldn't just overpower him. Though Shaq would still have quickness and Sac would have to bring aggressive help - if only to limit Jokic's fouls. SA is less of a concern. Old/bad back Robinson was covering most center minutes (in the 2001-2004 range where Sac would be title-quality). Then it would depend on the PF you get in the Vlade trade.

I'd favor them from 2002-2004. Sac was obviously very close in 2002, and they were still strong while getting little from Webber in 2003 and 2004.
