I'm explaining why peak Kawhi is better than Kobe. It's closer vs SGA obviously, but you'll find the argument about why he's better than Kobe will mostly translate vs SGA.

Shai comfortably for me. Kawhi is/was a monster when right, though.

And I guess Shai could still flame out, so when I say "comfortably," I'm projecting to a degree. But I'm comfortable doing that in this case.

'19 Kawhi is a bit overrated IMO. Sure he was healthy the whole time, but '17 and even '21 he was playing better. The season ending injuries are what hurt Kawhi the most in his legacy arguments.
