sixers almost tied with chicago for the last play-in, which says a lot about the east. if embiid every actually plays and the sixers just go something like 25-15, they could potentially get into the top 6.

Philly has already paid Embiid $267,000,000, but he has played just 1310 minutes/year in 9 seasons. He has been a yoke on that franchise since day one.

He is already 31 years of age but they owe him another $243,000,000 guaranteed over 4 seasons.

They should trade him asap and hope to get a 1st round pick in return with some expiring contracts, maybe a bag of chips.
