Jamario was hired by the Globetrotters specifically for his superior athleticism and dunking ability. Mind you they probably get hundreds of applications from many former college and HS athletic freaks that were not good enough to play in the NBA. I expect Moon to have plenty up his sleeves in the competition.

I'm thinking Green. I don't think Gay has the creativity and I'm not sure what Howard can make pretty in a dunk contest. I don't think Moon has the explosiveness these other guys have personally.

Gerald Green didn't even come close to showing everything he had last year and he won with ease...

how did it suck? becuase i dont know anyone else who thought that besides MJ and the Doc.
Because it was a basic dunk, there was nothing special about it. He slapped a sticker onto the backboard, so what? Anyone could do that. Sure it was high up, but he's tall and can jump, everyone already knew that. Giving him extra points for being a good dunker for his height is no different than giving Nate Robinson extra points for being short.

not anyone can do what howard did. and you know what it? doesn't matter. that will be the only thing that anyone remembers from that dunk contest. it was by far the most popular and creative dunk.

Because it was an awful dunk contest. There was nothing special about what he did. And yes, anyone could do that. Maybe not as high, but they're also not 6-11.

The man in my sig, courtesy of westthebest. He did play for the Harlem Globetrotters, so you know he can put on a show.

Moon already said he knows exactly what he's going to do and that they are dunks he can do but never seen anyone else do. It's definitely got me intrigued.

How high he is has nothing to do with explosiveness.
