it depends:
Scoring: parker is better he shot 50% percent from the field, while billups shot 40% percent from the field.
Passing: billups is better because he only has 1 turnover for every 4 assist, thats the second best assist to turnover ratio.
Defense: both are good, but billups has edge do to his size and strength.

Must be true, if it's a rumor you read on Hoopshype.

Billups' scoring is much better than Parker's. His TS% absolutely destroys Parker's and he spaces the floor for all his teammates on the floor while Parker cannot shoot the 3 and his midrange shot isn't very good.
It is true that Parker has a higher FG% but Parker doesn't shoot 3's. Chauncey is actually far more efficient than Parker.
Billups can run his team and he is a floor general. Parker isn't.
Billups is big and strong enough on the defensive end. Parker isn't.
Billups is clutch and he can take the last jumpshot because he can shoot. Parker can't. That's Manu's job.
Billups by a mile.

yeah, Billups looks like an inefficient player when you look just at his FG% but he probably is the star most highlighted by calculating TSP as his three point shooting and foul drawing take him from the lowest reaches of PGs to the highest. Add the defense and it's Billups easily; he's the player Baron Davis's fans incorrectly think Baron is.

It's not even close AT ALL;
Chauncey Billups, first of all hes not just better then carter but hes a top 3 point guard in these league, he's a better passer, definatley more clutch, great free throw shooter (Higher % then Steve Nash) 89.8%, he's also MUCH better defender for the person who said defense is close, it's not at all, Chauncey is the biggest most physical Point Guard in this league.
