Dirk is the better offensive player, so i don't understand your "all dirk does better". It's a big part of the game.
Another thing Dirk has on KG is team success. Again it is absolutely debatable and it's ok if you think KG > Dirk but it's close.

So is Defense. And the margin between KG and Dirk on defense is much greater than the difference between the two on offense.

Dirk is easily the superior offensive player of the 3. It isn't even worth a discussion. Wow.
Dirk scores more. If that is your sole definition of offense than yes he is a superior offensive player. However KG and TD facilitate an offense better than Dirk.
My Starting 5:

PG: Allen Iverson
SG: Paul Pierce
SF: Kevin Durant
PF: Kevin Garnett
C: Patrick Ewing

Not anymore. Dirk has significantly improved that area of his game.

his blocks and steals are down, does that mean his help defender is less?

I was referring to facilitating an offense. And I don't think his steals being 0.3 under and blocks equal to his career average is a very big deal.

No, Dirk is the better Offensive Player and he also better facilitator of an offense (at least when it comes to KG). The reason for that are the match up problems he creates.
