I have to nominate Kapano. He has 0 lateral quicks. He really does suck on defence. Roger Mason blew by him in the corner pocket.

Kapano was literally staring... he needs to chase chickens like Araujo.

Big Z. Brad Miller is probably the 2nd slowest. I wonder how fast Z is in relation to the average person.

Illgauskas is the probably the second best C in the East (yes, he is), but he gets overtaken by several snails on the fast break.

I don't understand how you can have Kapono in this discussion though, he's not even close to being the slowest. If you're talking about his lateral movement, he's still not even close to being the slowest.
