I would usually pick Boozer over Chandler but since Paul is on that I side Im going with the Hornets squad.

Yet another lame attempt by a Jazz fan to big-up their team, either that or you blatently know nothing about the Hornets.

The comparison should clearly be Paul, West & Chandler Vs D-Will, Boozer & AK

Paul - D-Will = Dynamic point guards

West - Boozer = Low post threat, main scoring option

Chandler - AK = Defensive giants.

Much better!!!

So, statistically?

Paul/Chandler/West @ Feb 8th 2008

Pts: 52.3
Rebs: 25.5
Ast: 14.1
Blk: 2.42
Stl: 3.9
TO: 6.5

D-Will/AK47/Boozer @ Feb 8th 2008

Pts: 52.6
Rebs: 18.4
Ast: 17.3
Blk: 2.51
Stl: 3.64
TO: 8.26

3 to the Jazz (pts, asts, blks) and 3 to Hornets (rebs, stls, TO)

Too close to call at the moment really on numbers. :-?

Dude, don't be stupid. First of all, Beno hasn't torched Deron. In their 3 matchups this year, Beno has socred 10, 7, and 11 and Williams has scored 6, 16, and 30. Could you please define torch for me? Against Roy, Deron defended Roy only a handful of times, why don't you watch the game before make stupid posts. In Williams first matchup against Tinsley this year, Tinsley has 8pts and 13ast and Williams had 8pts and 6ast and the Jazz got blownout. But in ther secong game, Williams had 10pts and 9ast in 25 minutes and the Jazz blew them out. Tinsley had 13pts and 5ast plus 6 turnovers. In the Washington game Williams only scored 11 points but you forgot to mention that he had 12 assists. Who won that game by the way? Against Fisher, when did he outplay Williams? In their 3 matchups this year, Williams is averaging 22 and Fisher is averaging 10. Checkout this play and tell me who's outplaying who.

All of your examples are just dumb. Please follow these games before posting crap like this.

I'll go with the group that's been to the conference finals over the one who's playoff experience can be summed up with a huge airball against a certain threepeat champion.

That could all change by the end of May though.

Maybe it should just be Jazz vs. Hornets....or maybe the starters for both sides. Really the teams are pretty similar when you look at it, if you just kinda switch the SF and C roles.

Deron=Paul
AK>>>Peja
Boozer>>>Chandler

How is this even a question?

I'll take those three Jazz players against any trio you can make with the Hornets.

LOL @ Deron=Paul

It's pretty clear Chris Paul is the best PG in the league, followed by Williams and Nash. But, it's a pretty wide gap IMO. I like his game and I love Williams game (live 2 min from U of I campus) but Paul just has that IT factor about him.

Chris Paul is the best point guard in the league right now.

That being said... AK and Boozer are much better then any combination of Peja / West / Chandler... despite much love for Chandler's game (finally!).

I'll take the Jazz trio.

West/Chandler makes this a lot closer, because I would take either over AK, but Boozer is damn good.
