How do you not put the Spurs on this list? Just because their players aren't very talented past their big three, doesn't mean their 1-15 isn't the best in the NBA still. If Duncan/Parker/Ginobili is so good that its winning rings despite the depth of other teams, the Spurs still have the best 1-15 in the NBA, even though the talent is concentrated toward the top.
