Answering from a knicks' team perspective.

AI is disqualified because we do not have any bigs who can protect the rim, so AI will not be able to play agressively.

Vince Carter played for the Nets so that would be awkward.

Arenas doesn't fit, and i don't trust that knee.

Pierce is the most talented in nba skills on this list, he just happens to be the least athletic, plus I just personally don't like him so I'm not picking him.

Melo is the single best offensive player in the league and is really unstoppable, but he also may be the worst defending SF in the league. So for the same reason as AI (no interior presence) I cannot pick him. Plus the whole garden incident makes him untouchable.

Manu is a beast and is just a machine, however Isiah Thomas is a racist so he is out of the question.

T-Mac is amazing and is finally shutting up the doubters, he is the 2nd best SG in the leauge, and if you count him as a SF he is anywhere from 2nd best to 4th best. He could also play spot minutes as a PF in the east.

I would take TMac because his defense isn't as bad as everyone else's, he is a playmaker, and if we gave him as many chucks as Crawford has, the Knicks would be in the playoffs and probably have the 5th-8th seed. PLus TMac would be the perfect #1 option to pair with Randolph who is a perfect #2 option if he could ever be next to a bonafide star.

T-Mac hasn't shut me up until he gets out of the 1st round of the playoffs. he is playing like a different player now though, so it could happen.

A moment of clarity. I really don't even know why AI is even in this discussion to be honest.

Manu Ginobli.. even without scoring, he can make such an impact and take over the game.

It's a toss up between T-Mac and Pierce, and I personally loathe Pierce. That guy has some of the most accute talent in the entire NBA, has a commendable understanding of the game, but simply weighs too much. 15% body fat is no way to go through an otherwise illustrious NBA career.

But yeah, T-Mac or Pierce.

You were joking when you said 15% body fat right?

I love Pierce's body type, if T-Mac could support that kind of muscle he wouldn't get hurt every month because he got fouled on his way to the basket.

No, that's my point. He's at a big disadvantage to begin with, but still better than anyone listed here lol. That's the funny part about it. The only real fair comparasion is Nate robinson or Earl Boykins
