Also that would be one season for him, not 3 seasons. They paid him that because no one else was making much on the team. The question is will they pay Dwight Howard that much?
You understand that even with the salary cap making marginal increases, Lewis' contract pays him $20+ million a year for three straight years, right?
Howard already has an extension at this point, they'll worry about him come 2012/2013, the season for which he has a player's option.
