Post#1 » by cwas2882 » Tue Apr 1, 2008 12:31 pm

Shows a per difference rank for each position on each team.

82games.com

For my team, Otown

PG: 14
SG: 27
SF: 6
PF: 13
C: 1

The number one ranks on each position aren't really surprising;

Dallas (Dirk) #1 at PF
Orlando (Howard) #1 at C
Cleveland (LeBron) #1 at SF
Lakers (Kobe) #1 at SG
Hornets (Paul) #1 at PG

Bulls

PG - 22
SG - 23
SF - 12
PF - 7
C - 19

PF our strongest position eh. If Hinrich/Gordon/Deng were back to 06-07 Hinrich/Gordon/Deng we'd be contending right now.

ATL

PG - 26
SG - 7
SF - 14
PF - 11
C - 27

Good to see were better than avg in 3 positions. i think PG is misleading though because it takes into account lue, johnson, and speedy who don't even play for the team anymore bibby should put us up a couple notches. center's about right though especially if they don't count horford as one.

Extremely questionable - they are clearly counting Bosh as a C.

Celtics: more than solid

PG 12
SG 3
SF 2
PF 2
C 10

BTW: SF, SG, and PF all have below average Opp PERs C and PG have Opp. Per of 15.4 and 15.5 respectively. Some one give Tom Thibodeau a head coaching job.

Trust me, you guys won't have Thibodeau next year. He's done an incredible job for the Celtics and a head coaching job would be well-deserved.
