I like the intensity of Hedo. He should be in those gatorade commericals where they sweat different colors. A+ for effort.

Hedo does so much more for the Magic than Rashard. He's the only player capable of setting up Dwight for easy plays and he's their best clutch player by far.

Hedo and Rashard are actually quite similar players. Both versatile and tall big men who can play like guards and cause big matchup problems. With the emergence of Hedo, I think Rashard's role is a little redundant. He was clearly the BPA in last year's free agent crop, so he's the best pick up possible for Orlando last year, but I think they would do better with an actual PF and more help at the shooting guard position.

With his contract, he'd be hard to move. I would rather keep Hedo if they make the same money.

Unless your using Rashard in the post a lot there no way you can consider him a better player. Simply that is the only thing he does truly better than Hedo.

Rashard is not asked to be a playmaker. You can't criticize Hedo for making turnovers when he is trying to make plays and Rashard is standing waiting for his jump shot.

I've said this for years in Seattle. When you watch Rashard play you see why he was a second round pick. He pretty much developed the only two good aspects of his game at the NBA level. Its pretty much post ups and jump shots. There nothing else to really talk about with his game.

I like both players a lot, but Hedo is better. He's much better with the ball than Rashard is. He's also a lot better at creating for his teammates and creating his own shot. Turk is simply more valuable to the Magic than Rashard is. Rashard can easily be replaced by a bunch of NBA players. Turk can't.
