Ronnie Brewer?

Post#1 » by jazzfan1971 » Thu Jun 5, 2008 10:28 pm

Just wondering where you guys see Ronnie Brewer panning out for the Jazz.

Player you'd most compare him to last year:

Player you'd most compare him to in his best NBA season:

I'd probabably compare him to a DeShawn Stevenson last year.
I'd probably project his best year to compare to a Nate McMillan I guess.

Love to hear your thoughts.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

Well he made it publically known that he felt that he deserved more minutes, which obviously didn't phase Sloan in the slightest.
I see Ronnie as being most comparable to a Jason Maxiell. He just needs to fill out a bit more.
He's a guard right now but i could see him playing small forward in the future.

He does deserve more minutes but I don't think it will be with the Utah Jazz.

I would love to get Brewer on the Blazers somehow. I'd like to see if he could play the SF possition. Portland needs a big time defender on the wing

Brewer is going to be a defensive stopper for years to come.
