Damon Staudamire was a big disappointment to me...The guy comes out of the gate, wins ROY avg. 16 PPG and 10+ APG and then after his 2nd year just falls off the map, gets traded to Portland, and never produced close to that level ever again.

Damon might have been more talented, but Nick put it together longer and more consistant (even made an ASG), and in my book gets the nod here.
