I go with Indiana over OKC/Seattle. More consistent good teams, less disappointments, and although the ABA championships were less competitive than the NBA ones in those earlier years, it's close enough that their 3 championships is more impressive to me than Seattle's one. As a fan, I'd love to be a Pacer fan. The ABA history is cool. They've had disappointments, but the team has never been a tanker/quitter and always seems to be trying.

Vote: Pacers

I also think the Sonics/Thunder, and maybe the Jazz, Suns, and Hawks need a bit of consideration, too. The next several spots seem really competitive at a glance. I feel like the Pacers, Sonics/Thunder, and maybe the Blazers are my top three contenders for this spot, but need to think on it a bit.

In looking thru this, the Bucks are certainly in the same league as some of these teams, too, fwiw.

Anyway, based on above, it's definitely too early for the Suns or Jazz; so it's definitely between my original three top candidates.

I'm gonna go with the Indiana Pacers for my vote. Weighting the ABA stuff is difficult, but if we give it much credit at all, it's hard to go against them at this point.
Probably the Sonics/Thunder would be my second pick, so I can't fault anyone going with them.

Unfortunate turnout, but I guess I'll call this one for the Pacers. Will have #12 up in minute.....

Sorry, this is just not a great couple of weeks for me in terms of available time. It should get better by next week.
