Seems to be Nash clearly. Barkley gave them 3 prime years at best, Paul gave them 0 even though he’s still really good.

1. Nash easy #1. Gave the Suns several years of contention, turning around a franchise that was going into nowhere into a team similar to the 90s Jazz/Sonics or Teens Thunder, a club everyone but the rings or you're a loser crowd recognizes played at a title level.

2. Barkley: his impact on Phoenix is overstated but he still was a lot closer to his peak than Paul and played a larger role too.
