There is no debate it is Wilt by a mile especially when you factor in defence.

Jokic is getting utterly embarrassed on the defensive end by the Warriors and getting locked up by Green.

This just shows how ridiculous the advanced stats were that Jokic fanboys used to pretend that Jokic was an all-NBA calibre defender.

He just can’t protect the rim or guard the perimeter to save his life which makes him a serious liability in the playoffs against top teams.
Reggie Jackson is amazing and a killer in the clutch that's all.

it's been 3 straight years where Jokic on the court in the playoffs = a worse defence than the worst regular-season defence in NBA history.

2019: 117.2 on, 105.1 off

2020: 123.5 on, 114.5 off

2021: 137.3 on, 108.6 off

We're talking over 31 playoff games.

That's over a 3rd of a season playing defense that, again, is far worse than any team in NBA history has ever played

Also here is a fun fact.

Like Poole has a +27.4 Net rating in the 41 minutes he's played against Jokic, and a -29.5 net rating in the 22 minutes without him

Jokic when defended by Draymond this series:

9-28 FG (32%)
0-8 3P
3 AST
3 TOV

Can you just imagine how much Wilt would utterly abuse Draymond if he was guarding him?

Wilt in 1968 against Russell and Embry while playing at far less than 100% due to a number of serious injuries he was playing with.

Averaged 22.1/25.1/6.7 (47.9 MPG) on .48.7 shooting (.48.7 TS%) against them both.

Hell after the series ended.

Russell commented that a "Lessor man would not have played with the amount of pain that Wilt was in"...

I did a quick check myself on pbpstats. Bad, but not quite as bad.

2019-2022 Playoffs, Jokic ON: 1659 minutes, 118.2 DRtg
2019-2022 Playoffs, Jokic OFF: 536 minutes, 116.0 DRtg

The Poole part is basically correct, though, but not much more than a fun trivia at this point.

2022 Playoffs, Jordan Poole ON, Nikola Jokic ON: +24 in 79 possessions (+30.3 p100)
2022 Playoffs, Jordan Poole ON, Nikola Jokic OFF: -10 in 40 possessions (-25.0 p100)
This place is a cesspool of mindless ineptitude, mental decrepitude, and intellectual lassitude. I refuse to be sucked any deeper into this whirlpool of groupthink sewage. My opinions have been expressed. I'm going to go take a shower.

correction, in 2020 it was 124.7 on vs 121.4 off

he improved his defense this year, I havent been watching super closely but im guessing a guy whose good in drop coverage wouldnt do great against the warriors though

the defensive stats are pretty skewed i think with those three point shots, since thats any pick and pop possession and hes been clanking from three

hes been limited this series but draymond cant guard him straight up, its been a team effort

He's been destroyed in P&R coverages, but his team is far worse than he is on defensive end. He has absolutely no help on that end. Even peak Wilt Chamberlain wouldn't slow down Warriors offense by himself.

He's also not locked down by Green, he scores on Green most of the time when Dray guards him straight. As a Wilt fan, you should know that sometimes you can't win by yourself against better team.
