I been following Lebron his whole career. I remember being in high school and hearing of this young kid that's going to be the next Jordan. Looked him up on the computer one day and been following him ever since lol. It helped my boys growing up where either Kobe or Melo fans so I enjoyed winning many basketball conversations over the years lol, I had one rican boy he was a Wade fan lol. Anyways just saying I think I know the guy pretty well.

I have a felling Lebron is finna go OFF in the finals, probably going to start warming up ecf. Don't care what anyone says, dude is very aware of Legacy. He knows he has come up short eye test wise, statically, and mentally in his first 2 finals. Last year was the beginning, this year he will kill all doubters hopes of maybe it was a fluke, maybe old 2011- 2010 Lebron will return. Im telling you this guy is a beast, best player I have ever seen, he is about to have a historic finals (if the heat make it) regardless of competition, book it.

He's been excellent outside of 3 turnovers in the last few minutes (that was an ugly sequence). His offensive execution on 30 of the 33 possessions played with him on the floor has been as good as its going to get. Shooters and Bosh have been getting wide open looks all night because he's been able to get in the lane tonight. His own jumpshot has been off though.

Defense has been excellent as usual as well; I maintain that this is the best he's ever looked defensively from a global floor impact standpoint.

Great half save for the turnovers. 14 in a row at the line over the past game and a half

He's been good, I just expected something more.... spectacular.

If you remember, game 4 of the ECSF last year was the game he really erupted in last year's Playoffs and turned the rest of the postseason into his own personal bitch. I remember telling a friend this morning that we're guaranteed to see him put up a 35/12/10 game or whatever. I guess there's still time.

Lebron's been very quiet in the third quarter during this series, from a scoring standpoint. Solid game regardless, he's been great on D.

Yeah I won't argue with you there ardee. It hasn't been spectacular, but its been dominant. I actually think he's been better this year than last year thus far, he's just done it in a very different way.

On the subject of big games, FWIW I was more impressed with Wade in game 4 against Indiana than Lebron. 7 of those points came in the 4th quarter after the game was in hand and Indy was fouling (credit Lebron for making those free throws of course), and the rebounds are nice I guess, but it was Wade's hyper activity level in the 2nd half (particularly 3rd quarter) that really got them going. Though again, you have to credit Lebron for being the one to get him going.

I thought Lebron's games 5 and 6 were just as impressive as game 4. He ran the offense to perfection in game 5 at home against a strong defense (and it was a blowout), and in game 6, managed to maintain a good flow through the first 3 quarters while Wade was exploding, then did some damage in the 4th.

Game 6 against Boston on the other hand, was ridiculous. That one looks more and more impressive to me with every rewatch.

He's scored 12 and 15 points in two fourth quarters in this series, so there's that to look forward too I suppose.

His jumper is shot though, dunno what's going on there.

Miami's DRTG right now is something like 65

Yeah, not gonna happened today, this game's over. LeBron will get his rest soon

Good game, nothing spectacular but yet again, it was just not needed. Still, if I'd nitpick I'd say he could've finished around the basket a bit better, missed some pretty makeable shots. He's missing his jump shots but I like his stroke and confidence. He had a couple of shots unluckily rattle out.

What is it with Lebron and his first quarter turnovers? Those make this game look worse than it really was. He's been rock solid on both ends of the floor other than those TO's. I feel bad for Chicago watching them play on empty for the whole game.

He passed up some open, spot up looks on threes tonight, he's clearly not confident in his jumper right now. He's also pulling his follow through really early after the release, when his jumper is working, he usually holds it a lot longer. Hopefully it's nothing more than a cold streak, though it is interesting that his jumper has abandoned him for the 2nd straight postseason.

At least his FT shooting is working, that's 17 makes in a row. Can't remember the last time he's had a string of makes that long.

Also, his finishing has really been off in this series. Blown lots of easy chippies around the hoop.

He's definitely in the discussion, though Hibbert might have something to say about that.

Which is surprising because this was probably his best season from a shooting and finishing standpoint.

There was a double digit free throw stretch at the end of 09, but I don't recall how long it was specifically.

His shooting mechanics are definitely different right now than they were for most of the season. He's leaning back on his jumper, not holding his follow through, and not going straight up, things he was much better about during the season. Look how much better his mechanics looked in this game against OKC, for example:

And dammit, Lebron just missed a FT.

The leaning back thing has stood out to me the most, but yeah I've noticed it too. I wonder if the off-time practice with Allen encouraged him to alter it, like with the free throw shooting.

Aaand another shot just rolls out

I think you guys overreactng. He's gotten good looks, alot of them rimmed out. He's still taking the shot when the defense gives it to him, meaning he hasn't lost confidence in it. It looks like it's just a cold streak to me.

He's got 27 but I didn't get the impression that he had a good shooting night. Missed easy layups, missed and-1 opportunities, had jumpers rattled out, fumbled an easy pass for a breakaway dunk. Meh, couple that with his poor handling and wretched passing (seriously, i don't recall him failing to convert so many easy passes in a long time) and SLOPPY is really the word that pop's into my mind when describing this performance by LeBron. Not bad but he'll have to pick it up against the big boys coming up, these Bulls weren't much better than Milwaukee.
