Hey Joey I didn't see your name on the list. As per the rules you have to PM Doctor MJ and state your interest in voting. As the resident AD stan aside from Unibro, I think he can use your #1 vote ;). Hopefully will be submitting my full ballot later tonight
LeBron's NBA Cup MVP is more valuable than either of KD's Finals MVPs. This is the word of the Lord

Doncic over Kawhi votes are throwing me off a bit.

It's interesting. Kawhi was a materially better player this year than last - clear improvement as a playmaker, healthier (at least until late in the Nuggets series when he started to look hobbled), more committed defensively, and yet he's going to go from #1 to possibly not even making the top 5. What changed is his context, though of course he chose of his own volition to leave for the Clippers.

Toronto was such a ridiculously good situation for him, had he stayed they probably would have been a dynasty. It seems like he really thought that the Pop Spurs and Nurse Raptors were the norm for the NBA instead of the massive outliers they were/are.

Kawhi has rhe best Rs hes had in awhile and just came up short in the playoffs, i get why hes losing poy votes but he wasnt a distaster outside of g7, and id say he outplayed doncic in their series

Doctor MJ wrote:Alright, so we have tentative results:

POY: LeBron James
OPOY: LeBron James
DPOY: Anthony Davis
ROY: Ja Morant (unanimous)
MIP: Luka Doncic
6MOY: Goran Dragic
COY: Erik Spoelstra
EOY: (tie) Sam Presti & Pat Riley

Spreadsheet with tallies is here.

There are two races that realistically could have the wrong winner based on counting mistakes.

In MIP, Doncic has a one point lead over Bam.
In EOY, Presti & Riley are tied.

If people would like to double check me particularly on those awards it would be appreciated.

One thing I'll note: HeartBreakKid, you posted twice and before I realized this it actually changed the winners on both awards.

So that's one mistake I caught, there might be more.

Last note: I will not be accepting new votes or subsequent changed votes. I'm 100% fine with Presti & Riley sharing the award if in a 3-deep ballot they end up tied. But of course, if I counted wrong, I would like to know that.
