What do you guys think of the move with AC starting instead of Dwight? Shams said it

Kinda odd this leaked so early. This lineup spaces the floor a bit and allows them to play faster but Caruso is going to be targeted by Butler.

I expected Dwight to be out of the starting lineup. But I was thinking Morris would replaced him. So to me this means Vogel has lost trust in Morris defensively.I think Morris can play on the court if AD is fully healthy, so maybe AD is still a bit hurt, or it could be LA thinks having no easy targets is worth more than the spacing. And while Caruso doesn't help with spacing as much as Morris does, he allows LeBron to be the roll man in PnR, which could help LeBron get easier looks just in a different way. Since Caruso can lock-and-trail better than Morris or Dwight I like this change. But I worry about the offense if the outside shooting is cold again and Caruso isn't making the right PnR reads.

I really like it. Dwight is better off the bench, he is better when he gets to watch others play first. His energy is bigger.

I believe Bam was active so he could sit at the bench and be able to yell at the team without a mask.

Apparently he said "I feel fine" of something along those lines earlier today so I can't imagine him not being basically a 100% good to go.

Yes, but no one knows how he's gonna feel

Lakers coach Frank Vogel said on AD's heel injury: "He's gonna have some soreness in there. The hope is once he gets up and down the floor adrenaline kicks in. It shouldn't be an issue."

Has Dwight even played much after first quarters? Doesn’t seem like it. He might get next to no time tonight.

Is anyone else tired of seeing AD draw a 6'6"/6'7" defender on a post isolation......and then settle for a 16' fadeaway?

Nope, I'm tired of him thinking he can take anyone off the dribble from the 3 line. He should shoot the 3 or pass it off.

He's about 0 from 10 on 3 shot fakes and drives. Most are turnovers.
