Re: Anthony Randolph vs. Michael Beasley
Beasley has been BEASTIN this year. If he keeps this up comparisons like this will fade into the mist by next offseason

171 people looking pretty dumb right now. Luckily I voted for Michael Beasley when this thread began.

Re: Anthony Randolph vs. Michael Beasley
This was never a comparison in the first place. Beasley has always been the better player, even when he was constantly benched because of Spo. Now that he doesn't have to worry about being benched for every mistake he makes, he's scoring 20+ ppg on good effienccy. He's putting up 25 points per game and 6 rebounds per game PER36 minutes on a TS of 55.5%.

This. Its an absolute joke that people thought AR/Gallo/Bargs/Hickson were better than Beasley at one time.

Its just funny how much people got down on a No. 2 overall pick who averaged 26 and 8 in the college ranks after two seasons.
"That's why the last two years weren't guaranteed," Walsh said. "Either way, he knew it could have happened either way."

This comparison looks bad...
For the first time in my life I realized that I was truly happy.......then I remembered I was drunk.

At this very moment, Anthony Randolph has not shown anything to warrant this kind of comparison...

Re: Anthony Randolph vs. Michael Beasley
I have always picked Beasley over Randolph...LMAO
how ridiculous does this comparison look now that Beasley is getting his chance and not being held back by Spo.

Re: Anthony Randolph vs. Michael Beasley
Anthony Randolph isn't really getting much of a chance at this point. I'm not the biggest fan of either player, but just because one's situation changed for the better while another guy is now playing behind the team's 20 million dollar man and their franchise PF doesn't really say much about AR. I was looking forward to him actually getting to play, but he's getting precious little burn.

That really isn't an excuse since Randolph can play all 5 positions.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

Anthony is not growing anytime soon. Filled with talent, but no brains. To Beasley, your offense is to be reckon with, keep going at it.

Magic Randolph... he's the new Jon Bender/Lampe/Vujanic/overrated-player-here (Dwight Harrison, Wilt Hibbert, Elton Diogu, Brandon Miller... notice a pattern yet?)
Don't worry, in a few years he'll be injured and then his whole career being crap can be blamed on the injury.
