Sooo what is Rob doing....

All these FA's are getting signed

Have to think its either Klay or Demar

Still need to get a damn C

If we are sign and trading Dlo for Demar, do we still get to use an mle? Bt hard capped at 1st apron?

Looks like Rob can't sell anyone on DLo.. it's going to be DeMar..

Better not be more than Dallas gave to Klay.

Wtf is Pelinka doing rn

Better pull a rabbit out of his hat

So the options now are now what for full or piece of mle?

Demar
GTJ
Miles Birdges (dont see it)
Melton
Goga
Precious
Dunn

Other option is to make a Lavine deal. Dlo, Vincent, JHS, Hayes for Lavine+future 1st protected?

Now have 3 1sts to go make and make a trade (plus Reaves, Rui, and Knecht if we want).....Markennan?

Theres still some options, just hope Pelinka is thinking

GTJ would be alright, although does not fix their frontcourt depth issue.

It really is crazy that after a career of putting the full court press on his front office each year, LeBron stopped doing it and put faith in the most incompetent organization in the entire nba. He could have 1-2 more rings at this stage if he had went elsewhere in 2018. Unfortunately he wanted the LA lifestyle. Easily the worst decision of his career.

Never thought Klay was gonna happen, classic Lakers getting strung along.

Pelinka has been garbage this whole time. Not sure what was expected but he hasn't had a good offseason except for the last one because Lakers looked good enough to run it back (but weren't)

I mean if Lakers could get Melton and DeMar then that would be amazing. It's not happening though

What do you mean DeMar or bust? DeMar is the bust. They would’ve been better off with Valenciunas.

My expectations were low to begin and they still managed to disappoint. Gotta give it up to Pelinka. He truly is an all-timer.

I hope they just run it back. Would be interesting to see the effect of a smart coach vs a mentally challenged guy with the same roster.

Getting Demar would be stupid - 35 year old, among worst backcourt 3pt shooters in the NBA, bad rebounder, bad defender even when NBA-aged, negative career on-off (epic bad in playoffs) ... - hmmm, definitely looks like Pelinka is going to get him on a longterm contract with player option.

Free agent De'Anthony Melton plans to sign a one-year, $12.8 million deal with the Golden State Warriors, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium

WTFF ARE WE DOING!!!!

Its now coming down to Demar or a big trade, or no paycut lol

I dont think Bron takes a 10-15m paycut for a guy like GTJ..... (but he should)

Melton is the only miss so far that I hate.

Melton, Reaves would have been a beautiful fit at guard..

If lakers offered more years and klay still chose Dallas, I’m not sure what Pelinka could do. It’s hard to pivot until Klay decides as Lebron is probably more invested in Klay than any other player. I don’t know if lakers even have enough assets to overpay for Markannen.

Fit would be fine, but the issue is the talent level

You guys want Lavine or Demar at this point?

Demar: MLE deal or its Dlo for him?
Lavine: Dlo, Vincent, JHS, Reddish/Hayes/Hayes and we get back a 1st

Lavine deal is a bigger risk, but the upside is probably higher and now we have a 1st to move in another deal

Lebron has to take like a 20m paycut for this to even be possible and not even sure if we have much of mle to use since we would be hard capped at first apron around 179

Would then have to look for cheap options such as

Duop Reath, Walker Kessler, Nick Richards, Dayron Sharpe
