Any strong opinion on who should get the last first team all-NBA spot?

I think all-NBA first team is probably:

Jokic
SGA
Giannis
Tatum
Mitchell

Mitchell seems like the one on the bubble, but his team is going to have an incredible record and advanced stats actually like him a decent bit this year—for instance, the only people above him in EPM or LEBRON are the other four guys I listed above or guys who won’t meet the games-played threshold.

No strong opinion. Feels like it's going to Mitchell and I don't object even though I think it's pretty debatable not only who the best Cav is, but who the best Cav guard is.

What's OKC's preferred first round matchup between Clippers, Wolves, and Warriors? 3 teams playing really good basketball

Probably the Wolves, I'd think.

I think OKC is perfectly built to destroy Warriors, though playing against Curry-Green duo is always risky.

No answer for Shai, significant athleticism gap and excellent defensive personel to stop Warriors offense, in short.

I can't see Clips being a real challenge with old Harden against best defense in the league.

As great as Sga is and he should win Mvp.................this Okc team is **** STACKED

Sga and Jdub both out and win by 30 easy. **** Caruso, Ihart and Dort were out too............Thats their Mvp out, their 2nd star and 3 of their top 6 rotation out and winning by 30 is wild.

Okc never put a great deep supporting cast around Kd and Russ like they did w/ this team specially after they fumbled Harden. In their last run when they went to 7 w/ 73 win Warriors bums like Dion Waiters, Kanter and Randy Foye were serious rotation players for them    **** there are prolly only 4 players on that 16 Okc team who would crack the rotation on todays Okc team. 2014 their backup Pg was 39yo Derek Fisher..........Perkins was prolly the worst center in Nba and a starter. Caron Butler and Reggie Jackson playing big minutes..............man

Its one of the most stacked defenses in Nba history. They could have a horde of All Defense selections and do they even have a bad defender on the roster? **** do they even have an average defender? Its insane how loaded this defense is cant remember one this stacked everywhere

Based on his G Leagues stats I think Bronny actually deserves his draft pick. Might not make it but most late 2nds don't.

I respect playoff Butler a lot, but OKC has the personnel to dare the roleplayers of Warriors beating them while blitzing both Curry and Butler.

I know all the defensive metrics out there puts OKC as the best defence in the league, but I actually think this Thunder team's defense is still somewhat underrated, and people will realize it once the playoffs actually start.

The key to beating OKC this season has mostly relied on one thing: Keeping the pace up and going insanely hot from three while blitzing SGA in half court and dare roleplayers of OKC to hit shots.

All of those things happening for 4 games against a team like the Warriors, whose offense can be very immune to having cold stretches, would have a very low probability.

OKC will employ some very insane defensive lineups come playoff time. Shai, Dort, Caruso, JDub and Chet will see minutes together. Not to mention Cason Wallace and Hartenstein, who are elite on D when it comes to their respectful positions.

Thunder will provide a lot of puzzles to opposing teams in a series. Star power alone could solve some of them, but I don't think it can solve all of them, if that makes sense.

I don't trust Minnesota. Weird to say when they made it to the WCF last year (and had a lowkey good shot at winning it), but they just don't seem poised enough for me to trust more than a core of proven winners like Golden State. Would say 1. Clippers 2. Wolves 3. Warriors in order of my guess for OKC preference.

Lies, SGA is just a good leader which elevates his teammates. Most of these players would be no names on other teams. Lu Dort would be a bench player. Chet has barely played this season. Jaylen Williams would be great regardless of team but everyone else would be a no name.

Westbrook had PG, Melo, Oladipo, Adams, Ibaka, etc. 0 excuses. KD Same thing had tons of folks. You put SGA with peak Paul George, you’d be saying “this is the most stacked blah blah blah”. SGA is mvp because he is the most valuable, simple as that

I can't tell if people actually think that the NBA is basically Remember the Titans or if they are trolling

I don’t like any of those options, those are three really good teams with stars that can score.

But yeah probably the Wolves out of the three, if Kawhi is playing. A lot would depend on how Edwards is doing dealing with double teams.

I think this is the end of the Night NIght era for the Warriors.
