Nothing was going on with him. He looked terrific physically. He just couldn't do much once Denver closed off the driving lanes. Slow to adjust his attack from that point on (as always) and jumper's always been inconsistent. LeBron's biggest weakness to me has always been his unwillingness/inability to continue attacking when the defense wants him to pass. Sometimes it's in the team's best interests for the best player to force the issue a little bit and continue attacking/shooting. Too often LeBron's left dribbling aimlessly behind the 3pt line (like tonight). That's why I've neve quite understood the "basketball genius" moniker he gets. He's smart, but not THAT smart. A smarter player would understand the importance of cutting/moving without the ball, posting up and even taking mid-range jumpers when your bread and butter is taken away.
This would've been a humongous L for him had AD not come through.
