Cmon man, Curry suffered the injury while defending Harden. Beverly was playing physically like he always does, but he had nothing to do with the Curry injury.

What really bums me out is that this impedes his ability to blow the lid off the 3 pointers in a single playoff record this year.

If you're a Warrior fan, you should be more concerned with his ability to play and how it affects the Warriors' chances of defending their title, not unimportant records. There should have been enough of those established to satisfy anyone as it is.

“Based on how I feel right now, I probably couldn’t play,” he said after Wednesday’s practice. “Tomorrow, it could be different. … The trainers are trying to get me right, but how I feel on the floor is a big part of it.

If he's still talking about sitting, my guess is he won't play until the Dubs lose a game. It's the same thing Clips did vs Houston last year. So if Dubs sweep, we probably won't see him until R2

Also I don't doubt the Beverly thing is playing into the internal discussion here. I don't wanna go overboard here so I'll tread lightly but he is the last player id go up against with a well-publicized injury.

What if the warriors sweep the playoffs?

We can now take that off the table of possibilities.

Upset that I didn't get to see Curry play but what more can you ask for for a playoff game that comes down to a game winner. Would have been similar going to a 1998 Bulls vs Nets game 1.

Re: The Stephen Curry Thread (2015-16 Pt. 1)
Small sample size pf course but in the playoffs
Draymond on Green Off
101.5 ORTG 51.2 Team TS%
100.6 DRTG 50.6 Opponent TS%
Still defending well but the offense looks lacking. If this trend continues in the playoffs, it kills the argument ive seen that green is more impactful on offense than curry, with the defenses and rotations tightening, I kind of expected some offensive dropoff ( I doubt it remains this bad ) but it always seem odd the way +/- stats favored green so much offensively. Interested in how this holds up though, I know it was getting discussion in the rapm thread but I wanted to address it here

Amazing went to the game and Klay didn't even hit a 3.
