The 1982 NCAA title game had 10 future NBA players in it. 5 of them NBA allstars and 3 HoFers. I have no doubt that the 82 UNC team could win Euro league in what ever yr Manu won it. No these are not 18yr old kids. These are 20-22 yr old future HoFers. Led by Dean Smith a trio of Worthy/Perkins/MJ has the ability to win the Spanish or Greek leagues and compete for a title in Euro League.

The gold medal is only valuable because he defeated the Americans. Its absolutely more impressive for an American to win the NCAA title than the Gold medal. If Manu was the 10th man on the US Olympic team nobody would even bring up the fact that he won a medal.

I would also suggest that the Georgetown team that lost the the title game could win Euro League as well. Ewing/Wingate/Floyd/Marton would be able to play with most teams in Europe.

Yeah, i guess we're never gonna agree on that, no need to further discuss it. I think you guys are way off, but of course no way to actually know who is right, without a time machine. Well, even with a time machine, it would be quite hard to put together something like that.
