The main problem seems to come with this core.
Tier 6: A shooter's touch would be nice
22. Rajon Rondo, Sacramento Kings
21. Kemba Walker, Charlotte Hornets
20. Michael Carter-Williams, Milwaukee Bucks
Tier 5: The upper-middle class
19. Deron Williams, Dallas Mavericks
18. Reggie Jackson, Detroit Pistons
17. Ricky Rubio, Minnesota Timberwolves
16. Ty Lawson, Houston Rockets
15. George Hill, Indiana Pacers
14. Jrue Holiday, New Orleans Pelicans
13. Jeff Teague, Atlanta Hawks
Tier 4: A tad too inconsistent for greatness
12. Derrick Rose, Chicago Bulls
11. Kyle Lowry, Toronto Raptors
10. Tony Parker, San Antonio Spurs
9. Eric Bledsoe, Phoenix Suns
8. Damian Lillard, Portland Trail Blazers
First off, MCW should be in a lower tier, he is not as good as Kemba Walker and Rajon Rondo.
Second, Deron Williams isn't in the same STRATOSPHERE as the players in his tier. I mean really, he's as good as Ty Lawson and Jeff Teague? That's crazy. Deron Williams should be in tier 6 with Rondo and Walker.
I think you can make a reasonable argument that Ty Lawson and Jeff Teague should be in tier 4. I'm not really sure why Ty Lawson is thought of so lowly to be honest, I guess because Denver hasn't been good for a couple of years.
Finally, Derrick Rose has no business being in tier 4. Seems like the article is holding on to Rose's past greatness with hopes that he can return back to form still. It's safe to say that Rose's injuries haven't just set Rose back, but have actually made him a worse player. I wouldn't even put Derrick Rose in tier 5, much less on the same tier as Lowery, Lillard and Parker.
Other than that, the only other problem I see is Westbrook's tier, he should be bumped up to tier 1.
