No, it's not on a specific site. It's calculated manually. Though we get help from https://www.basketball-reference.com/ to see averages per seasons.

For example; 1986-87 Magic (16.4 fga) / 1990-91 Jordan (22.4 fga) / 1985-86 Bird (19.6 fga) / 2002-03 Duncan (17.2 fga) / 1966-67 Chamberlain (14.2 fga) combines for 89.8 fga per game. We look for their numbers and calculate the sum manually. Hope that helped. Cheers.

That definitely gives me a better picture. But are we determining the winner strictly off of the statistical averages that come out, or are we determining this on other factors that aren't picked up in stats like defense/spacing/how the roster would work together etc?

It is all about roster construction and then a tournament takes place.

Think of it is a ton of threads of "which team wins, A or B?"

Strong picks by the top 3. I have 3 guys I would be happy to try and build around here with 3 picks ahead of me. Feeling good.

I mean after his rookie and sophomore seasons, he never averaged less than 22.2 fga in Chicago. :D
Top 3 went exactly how I expected.

Spoiler:
This fga rule put Jordan, Bird, O'Neal and Olajuwon at a real disadvantage. But I couldn't come up with a better one, so I don't criticize. Still feeling bad for Bird though. Aside from Timmy, among the other picked 2 and those 4 names, he's the least ball-dominant (or should I say the least need of ball in his hands) player. But the fga rule puts him away.
The issue with per75 numbers;
36pts on 27 fga/9 fta in 36 mins, does this mean he'd keep up the efficiency to get 48pts on 36fga/12fta in 48 mins?
The answer; NO. He's human, not a linearly working machine.
Per75 is efficiency rate, not actual production.

There is another huge value FGA guy left that I expect to get to me, but I just don't want to build a team that fits him. Still someone is going to get sick value when he goes. And if my other two guys get picked, I am taking one of those 4 and will try and get creative to shave off attempts just because I love the idea of building around them.

Please edit out the names in your post. There is an unspoken rule where we don't talk about players undrafted.

Center is also the deepest position in the draft, especially for talent in the top 2/3 rounds.

The 1st round or so of guys could really go in any order and not make a big difference to me, it's all on how y'all build around these guys for me :)

I just talked about the usual suspects. What's there to act like this. I also gave an example with 3 undrafted players, should I edit out them as well?..

Hasn't it been almost 2 hours? Wonder if Dr MJ will make his pick.

For a 1st round on Easter I wouldn't enforce the time limits too strictly. Plenty possible Doc hasn't seen the whole thing has started yet

IMO the clock shouldn't start until 24 hours after the Thread is made.

Right now the clock doesn't start until 6 PM EST, which gives Doc until 8 PM EST.

If someone doesn't show up on time - private message me (or notify me here via quote) and I'll take over their team to keep it going.

My bad, sorry for that. Haven't participated in this kind of draft in a while.

The 1st pick I'm somewhat surprised by, but I still like it!

I set the clock to start at 6 PM EST today but I think it'll be better to just start it at 9 AM tomorrow. Changing that.

Yeah this is why I thought it would be fun to run a draft here. Different GMs, different ways of thinking, just a change up from seeing the same top 4 every draft.

Was wondering which of 2 guys Doc was going to take. I love that it was Nasty. Definitely a fun guy to start a roster with and great value.

I agree. We play so often over there that a kind of consensus naturally develops about certain players and strategies. I'm hoping everyone is active in the voting process.
