Darko's bustness is multiplied because he ended up being in a fairly good draft. He hasn't played that bad in Memphis though, is he #2 pick good? No, is he still a bust? Yes. But come on Hoffa is out of the league he takes this easily.

Nah. There are years where the top draft pick is acknowledged to be a worse prospect than multiple guys from another year. Darko was in a draft for the ages, was drafted ahead of guys who are superstars, and was debated about whether he should be drafted ahead of LeBron.

hahah @ Okafor...he gets virtually NO touches! and hes still good for like 13 points. plus hes a monster rebounder he still gets double figures on a team that has above averages rebounders. Plus hes a legit shot blocker. Remove him from this list this instant.

Darko, for sure. I was one of his most deluded fans for a long time, but his play with Memphis has sealed it.

He may not be the worst of those players (although not far), but relative to his expectations, he definitely is.

Hoffa is underrated..he actually has some game..he wasn't used effectively in Toronto..he's a solid passer for a big man..other than picking up stupid fouls out of inexperience, he's very strong and defends his man well in the post..he has a mid-range J..

his flaw was inexperience and low basketball IQ..he was a very hard worker, and he just needed time in the D-league to establish his skills..he'll definitely be back in the NBA..

Heard he was tearing it up in Russia. I could see him coming back to the NBA as a reserve Big.

Kwame/Darko are my top 2 busts.

Milicic. He rivals Shawn Bradley as a #2 draft bust, *and* he was taken over tons of multiple All-Stars. :-? Hoffa is also horrible, but at he was "just" #8.

Yeah but Bradley was a decent rebounder and a prolific shot-blocker. He wasn't worth the #2 overall but he was also generally better than Darko.

You forgot Travis Outlaw at 23, Leandro Barbossa at 28, Jason Kapono at 31, Luke Walton at 32, James Jones at 49 and Kyle Korver at 51, all players that I think would be picked ahead of Darko if they had it to do all over again.

It's fair.

He wasn't taken over the likes of Wade, Anthony, and Bosh, but then again Darko's never been quite as bad as Ammo was last year.
