Yup this is the hope

And then let Okc and Den/GS duke it out and then lets see if we're there and what happens in the east

I have some faith if we get some luck and stay healthy, maybe other teams have some injuries and we can legit win it all

But next season I think we can be super scary if Lebron takes a paycut

Trade Maxi+Gabe/Vando for Claxton?

On a side note, has Vando been underwhelming as of late?

Defensively he seemed better in late Jan and Feb. But also he just doesnt seem like the gy from his 1st season with us, not as disruptive on D

JJ did his best, but the defensive smoke and mirrors have definitely worn off.

It was mostly shooting luck. They can play a little bit better when Lebron is locked in, but not by much

Didn't see the game, but did Lebron just say, "**** it", I'm not rebounding, tonight. LOL...How does he not grab a single rebound? And, even if it's ankle biting, it's more of an observation, as I've never seen that from him before. He's obviously a great rebounding wing. It's just really, really out of character. I'd love to say it was a great win, but it was against the Pelicans. Kind of limping into the playoffs. Hopefully, they find that groove again.

That loss to Chicago stings. Don't think LA will hold 3 seed as it stands, two games against OKC and another against HOU is brutal.

He hyperextended his thumb pretty bad on the rim and rebounding is one of the easiest ways to jam a finger so maybe that played a part but ya it was weird lol

Who do you guys want in rd 1 between Minny, LAC, or Memphis?

Or even Den or GS? Doubt we want either of those in rd 1 though

Does it matter? Not only does this team need Luka to be who he was with Dallas. Add on top of it Lebron hasn't looked right ever since coming back.

Odds were already stacked against this team without any type of legit big. Need Luka and Lebron to play peak level basketball.

If Luka cant get it together and play like a Generational superstar we are at best a second round exit.

Damn, that's exactly my take, too. Luka needs to play like Luka and Lebron needs to get back to pre-groin injury form for any of this to matter at all.

Austin's development is genuinely amazing. Has to be the best undrafted offensive player.

Also, LeBron's jumper is definitely back.

I like it when the Lakers shoot 15/22 from 3 in a half

Man they’re annoying lol. Cracked me up to hear the whining about Shai not having any free throws on a play where he really wasn’t fouled

Thank God League Pass allows me to choose the Laker feed. Michael Cage is horrendous.

They needed to split this and they got first one.

That OKC-Dallas back to back is gonna be tough. Between the Thunder wanting to make up from this thrashing and how emotional Luka's return going to be; I'm curious to see how it plays out.

That was an exceedingly physical game. Lebron, Luka, Reaves, and SGA combined for 6 FTA. Hopefully that whistle carries over to the postseason.

Holy crap, who saw that coming? LOL...When they're firing on all cylinders, this can be a dangerous team, I guess. Looks like Austin got his groove back, too. Damn, Lebron as your third scoring option? That's incredible for the Lakers.
