They're just really hard to guard. Jokic is the best post player in the league, and then they have Murray playing and shooting like prime Steph, and some great offensive pieces around them. This team is still underrated and is an offensive juggernaut.

Do they really have great offensive pieces around Jokic/Murray? It all starts and ends with their 2 man game. Outside of Mpj i wouldnt say any other player they have is that much of an offensive threat. Its mostly defensive pieces to make up for Jokic and Murrays weaknesses on that end

All their rotational pieces can hit 3s, except Plumlee, and they have good ball handlers too. Even Millsap at the 4 can handle better than most from his position, and MPJ basically is always on the verge of a heat check.

Also, this game starting to look ugly. Denver has the defense figured out.

Yeah they're not winning this one. The Nuggets look a lottt better. Just getting way better looks and not giving LA anything on the other end. Vogel's going to have to make some huge adjustments for the Lakers to be able to compete again because Malone did a hell of a job adjusting after the first half last game.

Yeah, if Dwight is only meant to be used for the Jokic minutes then start him... This small lineup cannot guard these guys.

This Rondo/ LeBron lineup with Markieff at center has been horrible all three games.

Vogel may need to do away with it.

Vogel is a dumbass for not playing Dwight
Our bad shooting hurting us tonight
Rondo back to being Rondo
Refs have been awful for us tonight

I assume Dion is just done, but we can use some scoring/shooting.
Cook probably wont get any time
JR is cooked

The Lakers defense was looking ATG through 2 rounds, and Denver is just carving them up.

I'm holding out hope for the typical 4th quarter turn up

To be fair, it's the small lineup that got killed to start this quarter, so I'm hoping with Dwight and AD back in the game, they can tighten up. But even so, this is trending back to Game 2.

They know LA's ballhandlers won't take the pullup three so they're going under on everything and crowding the driving lane. They're fine leaving Rondo, Caruso, and even LeBron with a lot of space off ball knowing they'll hesitate to shoot. And they're forcing Green and KCP to take the midrange/floater.

LA's offense looks so ugly right now.

I wonder if MPJ is starting to get in LeBron's head a little. He HATES when young players shows him up from what I've seen lol

I figured the lead would balloon to 20 when they took Bron out.
