First game for Randolph, pre season: 11 minutes, 10 points, 9 rebounds, 3 blocks, 2 assist. Not bad.. He also did go 3-13 from the field, 4-7 from the line, 1 turnover, and 4 personal fouls..

Not to bad. in 11 minutes of play, his FG% sucked, and 4 personal fouls are way too much. I wish it was on TV... but the boxscore isn't too bad.

I expect Beasley to drop big numbers in his first pre-season game.

How do you shoot 13 shots, go to the line 4 times (I'm guessing he had an and-1 or a tech free throw), have 2 assists and turn the ball over once...in 11 minutes?

That is literally 19 possessions he used in 11 minutes. An fairly high-paced team has 100 possessions a game per side, or 25 a quarter, or 22 in 11 minutes.

Now there's usage, and there's whatever the hell Randolph did in that game. Yeesh. I'd like a tape of that.

Yeah seemed a bit odd to me too, but I think Yahoo Box scores might've just messed it up, he probably played close to 20 minutes. I'm just reading off box scores. The people that may know are the ones who went to the game.

Just checked ESPN, they had him playing 23 minutes, that seems more realistic.

already tracking how they do game by game and its only preseason? haha this thread is gonna go on for a while.

But he had 9points 4rebounds in 30 minutes. Just a quiet game wasnt involved too much. The Heat played horrible expect for Wade.

Also noticed that Beas had a +/- of -21. I think he's going to have a hard time playing the 3 if that's where they decide to keep him.

So far, AR 1, Bease 0.

-21 is terrible. Beasley needs to be played at the 4 permanently.

Id be careful about using +/- when its from one preseason game (the first one at that) and its the players first time at that position

Ant Randolph makes a little splash in the GM Survey this year. Finished 2nd behind Durant in the "Who's gonna have a breakout year" question.
