I don't even want to call this a choke, although that's clearly a part of it. This is just the Nuggets taking them by the throat and just suplexing them 3 games straight.

You think they could beat the lakers? I can't imagine jokic's can jump tall enough to contest davis, but maybe they can blitz la on the perimiter

The amazing things you can do with a great shooting PG and a great passing roll partner. We’ve seen this with Steph/Dray and now with Murray/Jokic. Often times I wonder why this play isn’t utterly spammed...it virtually cannot be stopped.

Just wanna say, I've been calling their defense being exposed due to a lack of rim protection since before the season started. :D

Looks like it'll the Nuggets in the WCF. Great achievement for them, it's a shame they're getting destroyed by the Lakers but oh well, they are still young and have room for improvement.

No idea. But I'm not counting this team out in any thing.

Best thing about this now is people are going to start exploring players that don't need to dominate with high PPG once again. Narrative is going to flip 180 from the first couple games Jokic played this post season.

*looks at the is Jokic overrated thread

Jokic’s vision is just amazing. Him and Luka are the best passers in the game by a good margin.

He's been awful.

Agreed 100%. If the Nuggets pull this off, they should not be taken lightly by anyone. At the same time, I don't see LeBron giving up a 3-1 lead, so Denver will need to open the series on a strong note.

Still lots of time left in this game though... Maybe the Clippers give the Nuggets some of their own medicine, and make a comeback.

No need to overreact, he's had a rough game 7 but still a very good series in general. The expectations were just too high; the Clippers aren't really any better than the WC non-Lakers pack. This was always a series they could well lose.

There's time left but I don't think the Clippers have enough heart to do it. They haven't shown it ever before.

They've blown 3 straight double digit leads.

The minimum expectation would be to not blow leads constantly.

This is horrifying on-court basketball by LAC.
But in his home dwelling...the hi-top faded warrior is revered. *Smack!* The sound of his palm blocking the basketball... the sound of thousands rising, roaring... the sound of "get that sugar honey iced tea outta here!"

All the Clippers players have some serious puckerbutt in this 4th quarter. Some wide open shots that aren't even coming close.
