Glad Miami won. Game 3 is a great example of a lopsided officiated game. Contrary to the conspiracy theorists, it isn't that the refs hated Miami or were ordered to fix it. Just organically during the game they ended calling almost all the borderline calls for Boston creating an enormous FT disparity which resulted in an enormous advantage for 1 team.
No solution for this either.
As the broadcast noted, the way technicals are called is also very inconsistent.
Draymond did everything short of kicking the referees in the nuts last night and still couldn't pick up a second technical.
I'm so glad JVG, who I know annoys some but I love said that, it is ridiculous the way technicals are called. Refs:
1. Go out of their way to call dual technicals even if 1 dude caused everything.
2. Are really reluctant to call the 2nd T.
3. Have no consistency game to game
4. Have no consistency ref to ref.
BTW, I'd love for the NBA to have zero tolerance for talking to the refs. The constant complaining to the refs really makes it less enjoyable.
