I wonder if the Celts are trying too hard to make Tatum into something he's not as an on-ball creator. He has spurts of good court awareness and then games like last night where he's dribbling with his head down into defenders. Also think Pritchard should get a lot more minutes...the offense just seems to flow way better with him in.

Having Lowry back was huge for the Heat. Even at this stage, he just seems to have huge impact whenever he's on the floor.

Thoughts on the Mavs bench actions and the rather small fines the NBA is issuing in what I guess is a half-hearted attempt to address it.

I mean these guys are constantly on the court, some of them literally never sit down, they are shouting the whole game and the other team, fans with premium tickets behind their bench are dealing with obstructed views.

Anyone else think as I do the league should be cracking down harder on this? And yes I realize other teams' benches are guilty of this at times, but the Mavs with Pinson and Hardaway have taken this to an extreme I don't recall having ever seen before.

Biased perspective on my part, but yes, it's an issue.

I'm curious whether the guy on the Mavs bench wearing white was intentional. The broadcast crew did a nice job showing Curry in the fourth quarter throwing the ball right to him. Is this a thi thing the Mavs do when the other team is wearing white jerseys? It wouldn't be an issue except when combined with the habit of those on the Mavs bench standing the whole time.

I think unintentional? I've never noticed it before. OTOH, he immediately tugged on his sweater, so he definitely thought Curry was fooled by the white, so IDK.

But it definitely seems like too much. And I'm biased for them lol.

If the Warriors are going to win this series I want it to be as fast as possible. I don't want to see what happened last night where guys were just getting hurt.

I at least want the Finals to be as injury free as possible.

my man Reggie Bullock won the Kareem Social Justice award. Glad to see one of the truly good guys not only get recognized for his play but for his work off the court.

Those Ill-advised deep pull-up 3s from Curry are why I’ve soured a bit on him as a player. He can get to the rim at will on this Mavs d and instead settles for these absurd shots when he isn’t even hot.

It doesn't even really feel like the playoffs for whatever reason. Even the crowds have been pretty tame imo.

Beating a dead horse but god damn do they let Draymond get away with an absurd amount of whining and showing up the refs. Any bench player would have been ejected by now if they behaved like this.

On the broadcast today, they showed ref Mark Davis asking him to change into a different colored shirt because the Warriors are again in white and he was wearing a white tee. He did not change the shirt. So yeah, it's intentional.

Feels like Luka has struggled against Wiggins or Looney all series but gets what he wants against anyone else including Draymond

When he cant matchup hunt his athletic limitations really shows. I noticed anytime he played Philly Ben Simmons would always lock him up too

Warriors gets every single rebound off missed 3s its absolutely unreal. Ive never seen anything like it. Their team, coaching staff, scouts something knows some secret rebounding thing that no one else does. It makes no sense how often they go small and still outrebound anyone........like a lineup of Steph, Poole, Klay, Wiggins and Draymond gets every board.......

Itll make Jokic look alot better too specially considering how much better Lukas supporting cast is. The last 3 games of that Denver series all came down to the wire. Luka getting swept here would be a bad look and its headed that way. He might get thrown out soon he gets hotheaded often and has been complaining about calls all game

He's always taken those he just used to hit them at 40+ percent. In 15-16 he was doing ridiculous **** like this:

Luka does almost nothing off the ball. This Mavs offense can get very predictable.

Wasn't a big fan of it even when he's hitting and especially not when he can just go to the hole whenever he wants against this defense. Even the greatest shooter in NBA history can take bad shots.

Their system preaches kinetic energy on both offense and defense. The more you move around the more likely you are to get boards. Mavs are just flat-footed a lot of the time.
