Awful shot by Oladipo there.

However, Jaylen Brown can't drive at him at all. He almost always gets stripped.

Oladipo was the highest tier of perimeter defender before injury. Hes back to that level. His offense just needs to get back but if he does whoever gets him is gonna be very very very dangerous

18 Dipo took 18 Bron to 7 games and was the best player on the floor for a couple of them

I'd take Butler over Tatum every day of the week.

Very optimistic to think he's going to suddenly recapture that level after four years. Even in his abbreviated prime that 2017-18 season is very much an outlier for him as a shooter and finisher. He doesn't look even close to that player offensively right now.

Before this game: 5/12, 1/3 on threes, 1/1 FTs, 4 TOV.

8/14 vs. JB
12/19 vs. Grant Williams
10/16 vs Smart

2/16 vs Al GOATford

Dipo was +56 on court in that series: +21, +11, -1, +0, -2, +26, +1.

Indiana was +40 and really should have won. Unreal series by Bron in that one.

yeah, that was a wild year by dipo

it just gets kind of forgotten now

as a okc fan i remember being so impressed and wondering if maybe okc should have kept him instead of trading him for george

the answer was still no, but that it was a discussion says a lot

butler threw the game away with that early 3

not only is a bad shot in the sitiation, but even if he hit it he would give boston too much time to score back

Not really. The heat would have had to score 13-0 to win. It was pretty unlikely they werent coming out of this even when it was 11-0.

Boston has looked like the clear superior team in both the Buck and Heat series and somehow it still went 7 in both. I think they're the superior team against the Warriors too but the Warriors will also be the best offense they've faced so far.

reminds me of the 08 celtics. They're winning by large margins and losing by tiny.
