well, i'll be honest, i didn't watch much of the celtics/magic series. can anyone shed light on how garnett and rasheed performed vs dwight?

Prince + filler for Kobe Bryant
To be honest the way Prince has played and with Kobes injury/age/mileage Im not sure I would do that deal either. Still Prince is more important and he wins the head to head battles with Kobe.

That makes sense given that Dwight averages more points on better efficiency.

yes b/c ppg and fg% are the only aspects of offense

not to mention gasol playing alongside a man with a ~32% usage % year in and year out

again, anyone with half a brain knows gasols offense is lightyears ahead of dwights.. dwights strength is his d and rebounding which are superb, to say he is superior to gasol on offense is just asinine

I like that your concept of refuting my point was to restate it, put an eyeroll smiley, then rewrite your original post. By the end, I was expecting you to threaten to take your ball and go home.

And if we're going to talk about people with only half a brain, you should probably consider that "light years" is a term for a vast distance, and probably is inappropriate in describing the superiority gap between a second option player and a first option player when they have, at worst, comparable numbers.

Give me D. Howard in an NBA draft with #2, take LeBron #1, and Dwight is pretty unanimous #2.
