Russell is now just behind Wilt after passing Dr. J, while Oscar leap frogs KG, Moses, and West to take the 13th spot. He's got a solid shot at passing both Kobe and Hakeem as well. Both Russell and Wilt will be passing up Shaq, Bird, and Duncan after the next round of voting. I think it's safe to say that this the players below are going to be our top 15 when this project is all said and done, although Pettit could still sneak in there.
