This in and of itself is the very definition of impact but this forum as a whole thinks hes overrated. In terms of career value there definitely isnt 10 players with more.

Oh, so then there's definitely not 9 players who can be argued to have had greater career value

Again, depends on how people view elite defensive anchors who also garner alltime offensive games. I see no problem with Kobe anywhere from 8-15 as long as consistency is being used in evaluating players. I think there are a handful of players that Kobe doesn't "touch", but outside of those select few he has a case over anyone.

I have a feeling he is going to be underrated with the emergence of Westbrook Harden over the next few years.

Offensive players are generally more impactful as well.

Which becomes moot when comparing him to defensive juggernauths who consistently grade out as significantly more impactful. Offense>Defense is a perfectly fine explanation for why a player might be less impactful or more impactful, but that doesn't say whether or not the offensive engine has comparable value. Especially if measures of impact unanimously say otherwise.

So this:
offensive game

is nonsensical. Duncan's lack of an "offensive game" doesn't serve as an argument for kobe touching him and is no more of a weakness than kobe's lack of a defensive game. If "offensive players are generally more imapctful" applied here, then you should be able to substanitate the assertion kobe had similar or more impact outside of claiming he had an offensive game.
