Great game by LeBron, only issue was the turnovers but I'll give him a pass cause the whole Heat team was sloppy from not playing together for some time and LBJ was clearly a little bit over-excited at times (spinning all over the place and what not). Other than that pretty much flawless.

Yeah, he was getting too fancy with the passes and giving up open layups to make the highlight play.

Miami needs to outscore Milwaukee by 79 over the next 3 games to take the record for MOV in a series (101)

Doable IMO. Do you know what Miamis scoring margin away is?

Dunno. I'll have to spend some time looking that up.

They're going to need 26.3 on average for the next 3. They're close to +5 on average on the road.

TBH, if they don't break it in this series, I think they have a legit shot in the next round (and an off-chance in the CF as well).

Didn't Orlando beat Atlanta by an average of over 25 PPG in the 2010 ECSF? That might be the record.

PER of about 40 (5 turnovers killed him, could have been 50). Now what's to be seen is if he breaks his own box-score records. PER of 37.4 and WS/48 of 0.399, both set in 2009. I'd count on both going down.

What I personally am looking for is how high he can get this offense to go. Nash got the 05 Suns to ~+16 and the 2010 Suns to +13.8. Miami's going to have to run right at an ORTG of 118-120, based on the potential matchups. That's not that far out, considering they maintained 116 in the last half of the season with the Big 3 playing far fewer minutes than they will likely be playing now.

Bold statement. Though, assuming the Knicks, I believe it is still heavily favored for the Heat.

What was their ORTG today? I'd say they have a damn good chance of breaking it, especially when you consider that the Big 3 are going to be playing 40+ minutes in later rounds when the competition gets tougher.

And I said Lebron might shoot 60% in this series, now I'm wondering if he could do that for the entire playoff run. Doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility at all.

Glancing at the boxscore it looks to me like they had an Ortg of 119.5 but I just sorta counted possession in my head to get that.

122.4 ORTG and 96.8 DRTG

With Lebron on the floor, 128.4 ORTG and 106.7 DRTG

Curious, do you have Wade's Ortg/Drtg on the floor? His raw+/- was huge for the game, so I'm curious.

Definitely, but its tough. It's really hard to sustain that kind of play, the margin for error is tiny.

Yeah this looks like its going to be a 28-30 on 70% TS series from him. On the order of the 09 Hawks or 10 Bulls series.

Yeah I do, I think he can crack 40.

Usage will probably be around 30-32%ish. I don't think he can get back to the Jordan-esque 35-36% of his early years, but it'll still stay high. He was at 29% today.

130.3 ORTG and 87.4 DRTG. Roughly +42.9 net

Thoughts on how he looked physically? I thought he looked great. I think he's even more explosive AND agile right now than he was at the start of the season.
