I like the way they're seeded now personally due to the advantages of draft position. But really I don't care too much.

How about punishing ardee for breaking the rule by forcing him to take Dantley with his next pick?

Very excited about my next pick. He brings 2 very specific skills and nothing else, PERFECT role player on my team. I will be devastated if I don't get him.

He might go totally undrafted. I'm happy to see that isn't the case, but man is he a big risk. I know that a number of people do not think highly of him at all.
Yeah, I'm also happy that Iverson was finally drafted. I honestly thought no one would take him. I'm very curious how RSCD is gonna use him. He's not a good fit with LeBron (worse fit than Wade), and I can't imagine AI being willing to come off the bench. He wasn't willing to do it even when he was way past his prime in Memphis. Maybe on a team with other great players it'd be easier for him to accept that role? Naive me...He would be amazing as an instant offense off the pine type of guy.
Iverson is impractical for one other reason in this type of team too - he needs to take a lot of shots, and doesn't really convert that many of them. I think you'd rather want efficient players who will be okay with having their role a bit limited. Heck, I'm even a little worried about that with Kobe.
Right now it seems to me that there are two players who can be huge steals that late in the draft. Efficient 30 PPG scorer anyone?
Well considering we're using 2013 rules which are a lot more " open movement " than 2001. So iverson would benefit considerably. Also without going into too much detail he would get time In. As LeBron is the leader of my team I think he can connect with young iverson like hea.s doing to beasley. Ik that might sound like a bunch of unquantifiable values but having a team guy like that rubs off.

Darn it! I was going to select Michael Cooper! I figured he was interchangeable with Mookie. I never figured that I'd loose him to the one person between my next pick. Arg. Sorry guys, I'll have to think about this now, and my day is about to get difficult, so it might be a while.

I totally agree. That would be reasonable, fair and exciting.

I liked the cooper pick by narigo.
and yeah I would be totally fine with a randomized bracket, would probably be more suspenseful to be honest.

The judges for the playoffs are bastillon, TMACFORMVP, penbeast0, ronnymac2, and Doctor MJ. More people can volunteer if they want. Also I hoped that GMs who get eliminated in the playoffs would agree to turn into to judges. Makes the deeper rounds in the playoffs tougher cuz you gotta convince more people.

Do you think we should recruit more judges? I think the more diverse opinions the better.
Also for the judging will it simply be picking one or the other or will it be a point system like A vs B you can either pick A regular meaning you think they win but its relatively close(1 point) or you pick A big meaning you don't think its close(1.5 points)

Re: PC Board All-Time Fantasy League Project - Discussion Th
I'm not sure about the system. I figured it would be just like judges saying 'team a would win' or team b would win. But honestly, I also want to know how many games it would take in a 7 game series. Point system would be a good one. I'm honestly not sure about the system.
And yeah, I'm hoping we get more judges. I've mentioned a few times people can volunteer to be judges so I hope more people do that. More opinions the better chance that the better team wins.

Re: PC Board All-Time Fantasy League Project - Discussion Th
We can do a points system in this manner:
Each judge says 'team A would win in so many games'
7 games is 1 one point, because well 7 game series would be close as hell.
6 games is 2 points
5 games is 3 points
4 games is 4 points
And some manner of adding points for being voted the winning team by the judge. So maybe 5 points for being chosen the winner by the judge plus the points awarded by the amount of games the judge chose you for.
So judges would cast final votes in this manner:
After all the judges have voted, the team with the most points advances.
This way we can also see which team in the end is most dominant. One team could theoretically sweep all its match ups but lose in the finals. They would have the most points, but wouldn't be the winner. So that would add a nice twist to it I think.
Thoughts?
