Best run of the last two games so far. Russ with two defensive stops that leads to four fast break points, part of a 10-0 run.

Best run of the year by far. They were down 16. Defense and hustle. Very pleasantly surprised.

Imagine What they could do if they had some real rotation players in there rather than Westbrook or Lonnie Walker even the walker made a few shots there. Funny thing is is that the clippers collapsed in the second half of the second quarter after Kawhi Leonard came in with his weird off the bench rotation minutes,

After the game Barkley will probably sing another victim song for poor Westbrook.

Russ really serves no purpose out there. I don't think much would change if they just waived him tomorrow.

0-9, not much defense, kills spacing…

Nunn with a nice 0-7 as well.

Russ and Nunn a combined 0/16 from the field, 0/9 from 3...
Walker leading the team in FGAs and 3PAs as a career 34% shooter, 31% last year...
Zubac, the guy they traded away, outplaying AD who hurts himself again...

I mean this **** is **** unreal. How did they blow it up this bad, and how in the world does Pelinka get an extension???? Wasting what could still be highly impactful years of his career. I hope the Lakers never sign another top tier star again...

Nunn not so hot in game 2.

Haven't minded Matt Ryans defensive effort this game.

AD and Beverly have good defensive chemistry. As poorly as the Lakers have played, they have through seven quarters vastly under performed expected points that they should’ve scored given how many open shots that they’ve created and how few turnovers they’ve committed.

They might put up 100 shots in this game and have 10 or fewer turnovers which is really incredible and they did the same thing against the Warriors. Generally speaking, if you’re going to take 100+ shots and you are you going to take 30+ open/wide-open threes, and not turn it over, you should have a very, very good offense.

100+ shots, 10 turnovers, 40 threes, 15+ free throws and only scoring about a 100 points is almost impossible.

So disappointing that he gave up on winning when he’s still this good. The math’s just not mathing. He puts in so much effort to remain elite but then resigns with an utterly incompetent and hopeless team. So odd.
