Kyrie has been much worse on defense than love

This was a 4 point game when Lebron went to the bench in the 3rd

If they can't win on a night like this from Curry/Thompson... This bench mob from Golden State is crazy.
If they are defending curr this hard, I doubt he takes much more than 12 shots a game.

Kyrie is getting destroyed on defense. Just giving up back cuts every where.

Also JR gets the softest fouls no matter, like he'll touch an opponent with the force of a fly ajd they'll the call, really goes to what happened earlier can follow you around

Its unbelievable how many times Livingston/Speights/Barbosa/Barnes bails out the Splash Bros shooting woes. Every freaking time those two are shooting poorly the bench goes on 10-0 runs, its **** annoying

As much as I like him, Kyrie has been an absolute liability this game, on both ends of the floor.

Re: The Lebron Thread (2015-16 Pt. 3)
That's probably the game.
Great defensive game from Lebron tonight - everyone else not so much but we knew that coming in.
Movement/flow from the offense was absent today - the only way they're going to beat GS IMO is pushing the offense. They just don't have the personnel to be effective defensively, they get wrecked on most pick and rolls that Lebron isn't involved in. And Irving's awareness (or maybe willingness) on cuts is horrid. Doesn't matter if you don't have size - positioning is often enough to at least deter but he's just unaware.

Man, the Cavs don't stand the lesser of the chances this series if Lebron continues tentative with his broken jumpshot.

okay, how about their offense? So far, it looks like last seasons strategy with more talent. Is that going to be enough?

Not to overreact but against the Warriors you have to win the game(s) where Curry/Klay are not HOT. This might be a quick series with the way things are going. You absolutely have to get the games where Curry and Klay are not doing their best 2K impression.

Looks like Lebron has to go superhuman for the Cavs to stay competitive. The Warriors is just too talent.

If they're gonna lose can JR just punch Draymond in the face and end it? He didn't shoot until like the 3rd quarter, the punch would be worth it.

Re: The Lebron Thread (2015-16 Pt. 3)
Not a great night from LeBron.
Great start with 4-5 FG, but then GSW started creating him a lot of trouble with over helping.
He's trying to get to close to the basket and over dribbling it at times. He can't do that to be successfull against GSW. He needs to shoot further from the basket, even if he hasn't a great FG% it will give him a better chance. This way he's only going to commit TO after TO.
His playmaking was good. Great passes when posting up, great PnR reading.
His rebounding showed effort and his defense was very good. Rotating very fast and gambling a lot more than we're used to. But it usually worked out fine. On that end of the floor it was probably the best we've seen from him this season.

Re: The Lebron Thread (2015-16 Pt. 3)
I dont understand why people are ignoring how much attention the cavs were paying to curry/klay. You cant 2k a shot when a guy is two inches away from your face, the cavs were doing everything they could to make curry/klay shoot really bs shots, like fading twisting moon shots. This resulted in /iggy/barbosa/livingston getting a rhythm and start to hit contested shots like nothing.
If things keep up I could see the warriors winning the series in 4 or 5 but holding curry under 20 ppg
