The one good thing about Heat losing last night is that it will put an end to passive-LeBron. In basically every playoff game so far, he has shown aggression for one stretch of the game - usually in the 2nd half. And that's been good enough to put the game away because the competition was so poor. Chicago is very good on the other hand. Passive-LeBron will be a thing of the past from Game 2 onwards.

Thats why I like 09 Lebron over 12 and 13 LeBron. No way Cleveland LeBron lets the Bulls win this game while barely looking for his own shot. 09 LeBron had more of a MJ like mentality where he wasn't going to let his team lose because he didn't try hard enough.

Everything went right for the bulls lets not forget they blew heat out game 1 2 years ago. Ray guarding nate in the clutch was bad coaching he wont have a game like that again. Lebron gave so many open looks and they kept missing

How'd everything go right for the Bulls? They made their shots and made plays down the stretch and the Heat didn't.

I wouldn't say passive, it is more to get guys involved. Also he isn't guarded by Butler that much, so his defense is a bit different than Deng's and probably better as well.

I hope IG2 is right. If he doesn't start being 35-10-8 LeBron soon, his overall numbers will be worse than last year. Though his efficiency is still crazy.

Why doesn't Wade destroy Bellinelli? Its embarrassing that he lets him guard without punishing him. Wade is on the decline if he can't beat out Bellinelli.

He'll probably just stick on him late in games if absolutely necessary. I think Nate is too quick and shifty for LeBron to guard him effectively for long stretches.

Wade is banged up for the 2nd postseason in a row. He's either been out or underwhelming for the better part of the last 6 or so weeks. I think much like in last years postseason, LeBron is going to have to take on a heavier scoring load. I'd like to see him come out much more aggressive tonight

Getting into the paint a ton today in a variety of ways. Off the dribble, offball cuts, transition, deep post up on one of them. 6 for 6 start

He's been very hesitant to pull the trigger from the perimeter in recent weeks though. He's shown so much improvement in his shot this year, he should let it fly a bit more. I really want to see 20+ shots tonight

Of course he's gotta black-mark this performance with Shaq-like free throw shooting, but otherwise a great game so far. Epic offense and great defense too, I'd like to see him rebound more aggressively tho.

Yeah, I can safely say he's going for +20 FGA.

Game's pretty much over, but still, it's annoying that Lebron refuses to string 4 straight quarters of aggressive play together. He's spent most of the third doing nothing.

Complete and utter domination by the Heat tonight, wouldn't be surprised at all to see a backdoor sweep.

Kind of disappointed in Lebron's individual play though. So far, he hasn't been as good as he was in last year's playoffs.

Miami's looking something like 130 ORTG 80 DRTG through three quarters. No complaints from James today, I can't have a problem with him not scoring when Miami goes 30-15 in the quarter with him making key defensive plays and finding open shooters

He came with the right mentality today. Me first then look for the teammates not the other way around. Which actually opens up his teammates even more because lebron to the basket is such a threat.
