He's doing better than an injured Randolph, I'm very impressed.

Yeah, the only time Beasleys stat line looks better is when Randolph is on the bench or in street clothes.

Beasleys numbers from his rookie year are nearly identical to Randolphs this year with just about the same amount of minutes (excluding pace which definitely helps AR). Beasley is just a better basketball player, plain and simple.

Are we seriously going to start posting individual games again? Just last night Beasley had 6 pts on 2-11 shooting with 1 assist 7 rebs and 4 TOs. Lets just admit they both have a very long way to go.

I'd rather have Jason Thompson than both to be honest.

You're forgetting about who Randolph plays for. Randolph survived being mind ****ed from Nellie as a rookie and lived to tell about it. Plus Beasley was drafted high so Miami aren't gonna just bench him just because he's a rookie. Beasley was automatically given playing time while Randolph had to fight for it. The more you play the more experience you get

Ball.

Nobody gives a *u** so just let this thread die down, and Beasely is better than Randolph but it doesn't matter since both are fourth option or no defense players.

Michael Beasley was just awful last night and looks as dumb as a rock (a PF that spends most of the game standing around the 3 point line, no thanks). That being said, he's still better than Anthony "Magic" Randolph.

This post is about as stupid as it gets. Randolph has a per of 19.0 and Beasley is getting 17.0.

Randolph averages 22.7 minutes, Beasley has only played less than 22.7 minutes 3 times this season. That's an accomplishment, but when Randolph actually plays minutes it's clear he's statistically superior.

Now you guys can talk crap about Randolph not getting minutes... and the entire cycle starts again.

Statistically superior lol.

Maggette must be better than Pierce and Granger?

Ellis should be in MVP talks now then.

Get real, stats from GSW don't matter to anyone else other than your fans.

Ellis has poor stats, so I don't know what you're talking about. You're right though, look at players like Nash, Dirk and Jackson post-Nelson... clearly they had a statistical slumps.

Thats not his game, its cause we have the worst coach in the leauge, he mkes beasley share half his minutes at the 3 to give haslem his minutes at the 4, and how the heat use their sfs, as spot up 3pt shooters, blame the coach.

Yup. High lottery picks never have to fight for time. That's why Hasheem Thabeet, Darko Millicic, Jordan Hill, and Joe Alexander were just force fed playing time. Because they were drafted so high you couldn't bench them. I mean, Thabeet, Darko, Hill, and Alexander's teams are, or were, all in the midst of a playoff hunt, like Beasley's was, and they all saw/see plenty of time...

Learn to read. I said Beasley numbers from his rookie year are nearly identical/similar to Randolphs this year. And that doesn't include pace, which definitely helps AR.

13.9 ppg, 5.4 rpg, 1 apg, 0.5 bpg in 24.8 MPG. 47.2% from the field.
11.6 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 1.3 apg, 1.5 bpg in 22.7 MPG. 44.3% from the field.

It's funny how much life this thread has. I don't see it dying anytime soon with talks about Miami not being happy with Beasley.
