Career it is Pippen no question, more valuable for your team depends on the makeup. With a wing player, probably prefer Gasol. If I have a big, I'd take Pippen with no hestiation. Just a note on Gasol's productively is that he actually led the Lakers the last 3 years in Win Shares and led the entire playoffs last year in Win Shares.
