Derrick Favors is a known entity. He is an allstar that is going to replace al jefferson. For some reason he isn't starting when he could easily average 15 10 a game. I would have him right now.

That's a tough call. Davis definitely has the potential to be the best of the bunch, but Biyombo is also pretty clearly the worst. They'd be insane on defense, but offensively is another story. Kanter and Favors seems like a duo that will fit together much better and compliment each other well. You really can't go wrong with either (well technically you can, since none of them have really proven anything at this level yet), but I'd probably rather have Kanter and Favors. I view Favors and Davis relatively similarly(edge to Davis), but I like Kanter a whole more than Biyombo(who I don't think will ever be true 30 mpg material on a good team).

Davis even if you drop Biyombo from the equation.

Wow you guys are underrating Biyombo. He is having a good rookie season its not his fault the Bobcats suck. He is averaging 5ppg 6 reb and 1,8 blk while being the youngest player in the league, I think he is gonna be better than Kanter. Clearly the worst??? I guess you just haven't seen him play yet. He had some huge games but an up and down season that is expected from a 19 y/o. What has Kanter shown that is so impressive?
If the Bobcats get Davis and thats a big IF watch them become a terror on defense.

If Kanter was playing for the Bobcats, he'd easily average a double double. There's no comparison between the two.

This is not even close for me. I would rank it Davis Biyombo as 1 2, with Davis having a big edge on everyone

Davis/Biyombo and it's not really close IMO. Davis is much better than the other 3.

I'd definately see the Celtics do it, for Favors alone, but for Favors
AND Kanter.

Really? He's known to be an all-star who is mysteriously on the bench behind other forwards who put up better numbers than him?
Fascinating.

Well, the Favors vs Davis choice is just hard for me to imagine as a real debate. Were Favors a rookie this past year, he wouldn't have really been in the ROY discussion. There's really an excellent chance that Davis is already better than Favors.

Yeah, but the only reason to this is that he's played behind two near all-star caliber bigs who took their team to playoffs.

Off the bench he has been a monster. 8.8 pts 6.5 rebounds in 21 minutes efficiently. He is grabbing 2.5 OREB which is higher than bosh by close to a rebound. And is shooting efficiently. Yes he is awesome and should be playing way more.

Let's remember that Bismack Biyombo played for one of the worst offensive teams in NBA history. Let's remember that he played during a season that works against a young player the most; a lockout season with no summer league, shortened training camp, no contact with his superiors who could have given him a developmental program over the summer, and very few practices in between games.
Easily the worst of the group? He had a better season than Kanter and is far rawer. Sure his fundamentals look broken, but there are some fundamentals of his that look polished; it's a reflection of the lack of training he has gotten and also how much of a hard worker he is; he hasn't been trained properly, but whatever lessons he was given, he worked hard to perfect them.
This is easily Davis and Biyombo.

Kanter and Biz are equally raw, in terms of what they will each become in the NBA. Bismack is not going to learn to be a basketball player on the job. He will do what he does now, better. He is so limited on one side of the court, and less ideally sized.
Give me Kanter, the guy with the most upside - which is only reason to value either of them, at this point.
