Interesting stat lines

Just thought this is a fun thread to keep, where we all throw around nice numbers for either a single game of a player or an extended stretch of games (BBR is the best ).

Let me start things off:

Kevin McHale 1986-87, 6 game stretch from 1/30 to 2/13: 31.2 ppg, 11.2 rpg, 1.7 apg, 2.3 bpg, 71% FG, 83.3% FT, 75.5% TS.

I mean holy hell! The lowest FG% during that stretch he had was freaking .647! The guy was nuclear!

We had a thread similar to this when BBR first introduced row summing, where we posted interesting extended stretches. Glad you started it again though, as this kind of thing's always fun.

Wade 2009, late February-March scoring streak (34.7 GameScore!?)

His ORtg through that stretch would be the +8 over the highest of all time, and his DRtg which was about 90 I believe, would be in the top 10 of all time.

I mean, 37.4 PER and .399 WS/48 should speak for itself, but just damn... I won't say LeBron was putting up video game numbers because unless you turned the sliders all the way down you'd have to be one of the best NBA 2k players ever to match that production.

Don't see how anyone argues '12 over '09 for LeBron.

However, I still believe the elbow hampered his shooting consistency, and that's why we saw a dropoff in Game 5 against Chicago, then a very strong game in Game 1 against Boston after 3 days of rest, then a down game in Game 2 after 1 day of rest, then after 3 days of rest, an all time game in Game 3. then poor games (particularly shooting-wise and with taking care of the ball) for the rest of the series, with only 1 rest day between each game.

Yep, what a nose for the ball he had! I always used to wonder what his rebounding ceiling would have been if he hadn't been such a potent scorer?
